Community

At Kura, community sits at the heart of everything we do. We believe the best things in this industry happen when people connect, properly, not just transactionally. That's why we've built Healthcare Builders to bring tech leaders, founders and investors together over breakfast and honest conversation; why we spend our time in schools helping young people build the confidence to shape their own futures; and why we back movements like Sober Social that share our values. Different people, different backgrounds, one shared drive to help each other succeed, that's the community we're proud to be part of.

Healthcare
builders

Before Kura even launched, we spent six months talking to leaders in healthcare technology. One message came through again and again: people want real peer-to-peer connection in this industry. So we built Healthcare Builders to deliver exactly that - collaboration, shared learning, and lasting relationships among the people shaping this space.

Throughout the year, we host Healthcare Builders Breakfasts, bringing together tech leaders, founders, investors, and economic development leaders - different backgrounds, different perspectives, one shared drive to help each other succeed.

Education

We're passionate about investing in the next generation - giving young people the confidence and self-belief to shape their own futures. We visit schools and youth clubs for career development sessions and have designed full-day courses for over 130 pupils, from GCSE through A-level.

We bring in guest speakers - many of them clients we work with - to share their stories and build meaningful, lasting relationships with the students they inspire.

Sober Social

Sober Social is a community founded by Eamon Swail. Sober Social has grown into a fast-growing movement helping young people connect and socialise alcohol-free through adventures. Sober Social aligns closely with Kura’s values so we’re delighted to be a proud sponsor and partner.
